I am working out the details of my GM engine swap, I am trying to decide on whether I should adapt the York compressor to the new engine, get a big GM compressor ... or get one of those little AC compressor's ive seen on restored grand wagoneers, anyone know where to get those little compressors? I would think they are smaller because R134 doesnt need such a big compressor.

Buy a Sanden. Silver Circle Group is a great place to buy them.

The NEW Sanden compressor, mounting bracket, hose fittings, and hardware are US$ 275.00. Or, you can get a rebuilt Calsonic for US$ 253.00 (this is what I am going to do). Same as a Sanden, but a little less expensive.
