Front drive shaft removal

I need to get the front drive shaft off of my 66 wag. How would I go about doing this?
I know I know, stupid question, but this is one thing I have never done.

Do you remove the retaining clip and beat on it? :D :D

If not somebody better tell me because that is what I was going to do.

you need to remove the 4 nuts on the u-bolts then pull the u-bolts out, both ends. T-case may have a Double cardagan joint (not sure if they were used in 66) If so there will be 4 bolts to remove. 1/2" wrench is usually whats needed.
