made owning these rigs truly worth it nothing like pull in with your friends to the old Drive In. Your surround by a see of jeeps and station wagons layin in the back on the nice carpet on a cool summer day Perfect

Sounds nice. I wanted to take mine to the going out of business show at the local drive in but couldn't make it happen. :(

Nice! Did they supply the speaker or did you have to tune in your radio ? The last time I went I had to leave. I only have AM. :)

I have a buddy who's making a real Mater Tow truck for the next CARs movie.
Its a 55 GMC. He wants a bunch of us with old cars to go to the drive in.
I have some photos of it, I can post its very cool.

They've closed all the drive inns around me. Guess we got to wild for them back in the day. Luckily for me they closed down when I just turned 17 so we only had a couple of forgotten nights there.

There is a double screen about 150 miles away that I go to when I'm down in the mountains. I guess they are still open, its been 6 years since I've been there.

I thought you took out the rear bench seat. Then backed into the spot and opened the tailgate.

Then

As much as I'd like to comment...I'm not going to touch that one.
We still have one drive-in operating here. Wonder if they are going to run Star Trek? I don't think they are due to open 'till Memorial day.
You need one of those air beds that fits the back of a Waggie that one of our beloved vendors sales.

We had a few here but I believe strip malls took their place and those strip malls aren't even full of retailers yet.

In the bad part of town we even had a XXX drive in. I remember as a kid saying what is that movie about Mom. I was told to close my eyes as we drove by. I didn't...
