Check out www.raybuck.com (http://www.raybuck.com) I like their prices better, and i'll bet the quality is better. Lat me know what you decide. I'm on borrowed time with my tank.

I have a 79 J-10 and ordered the plastic tank from Whitney. By the time you pay shipping it is close to $200. I was willing to pay it because I couldn't find a used one that was any good. The tank wouldn't fit because technically I have an '80 tank with the filler hose in the front. Everything earlier had the hose on the side. The plastic tank did not fit as snug as the original and the straps didn't fit exactly right. I sent the new tank back and had my old tank welded at a professional welding shop for $39.00 and solved all my tank woes.
