Hello everyone,

Thi entire lighting system in my jeep is out. No headlights, instrument, courtesy, tail, etc lights. None of them work. I have checked all of the fuses, and they are fine. Any ideas?

Thanks

Ted

Ummmm Dead Battery???? LOL, well I'm sure you checked that out? Mine did that once...turned out to be a fusible link, by the starter solinoid. But I've heard sometimes the headlight relay on the front fenderwell will do that too? Anybody else have a clue here???

Forgot to ask...no lights work, what about other things??? Ignition, etc? Or is everything dead on yah?

Being as you have no lights at all I would be looking at the switch itself. Check if you have power to the switch, if so replace the switch. If no power at the switch find out why.

is it just lights or every thing? could be a blown fusable link or a loose connection.

most likely its the fusable link, i just hate it when that happens, first time it happened to me i couldnt figure out what it was so i duct taped flashlights on my hood. boy that was a trip.

Turned out to be the fusible link! I spent two weeks scratching my head about it, and didn't even look at that! Oh well, at least it only cost $2 to fix. Thanks everyone!
