Saw these while running errands today

Was making a routine trip to the Steel Supplier today while getting ready to fab up my upcoming rear bumper and swingout, and about 5 minutes from the steel shop, I saw these:

Now, heres whats odd...these things have been sitting here night and day at a nearby factory for almost a year now..unmoved. Three months ago, there were 3 of them, and as of today we're down to two. Seriously, I've never seen them move from these parking spaces, although to look inside of them, they look like theyre in use, with stuff like towels, backpacks and papers in the back seat, so I dont know what the deal is here.

I'd leave a "Hey, if you're interested in selling..." note, but I'd have to scale the fence into the factory and write a note in both English and French (I can read French and understand spoken French, but admittedly cant spell worth a lick, and regularly screw up past-future-present tense when speaking).

Anyway, its located in Lachine, Quebec, just over the canal bridge if theres anybody local reading.

There's no razor wire or barbwire on the top. I say go for it:D If they REALLY wanted to keep you out they would have electrified the fence or put razor wire on top LOL.

Tie a note to a strong magnet and toss it over the fence so it lands on the hood. Someone will see it.

That's like looking at candy behind the counter and you can't get to it.

Haaaaaa, yeah but Im short and the fence is really tall for a guy of my stature. The fact that my head is shaved bald makes people look at me twice like Im some sort of criminal mastermind, anyway so Im sure I'd draw serious attention.

I tried driving around to the other side of the gate, but theres a security guard in a booth that only lets employees through so Im SOL on this one. Maybe if I brought a step ladder with a long pole that had a post-it note attached to the end, I MAY be able to leave a note (2 notes actually, one English, one French), but again...the bald head thing draws attention.

I'll see if I can pass by again today since the factory SHOULD be closed, and I'll snap a few more pics. Its funny though, as there WERE 3 rigs there for the longest time, just up until recently.
