For the doors you will want to take the complete wiring harness that goes from the drivers door to the fuse box to the passenger door. You start by unpluging the wires on the passenger side door and feeding them back all the way across the cab to the other side. It's a fair amount of wire and several other things plug into the harness too (maybe the seats, can't remember now). it really helps to have the AC unit out of the way and also the glove box. There are some wire loom clips up under there that are a real bear to find and remove.
Getting this all into the other vehicle will be the hardest part.
Power seats are pretty straight forward, just a positive and negative wire hooked up to an available fuse, not sure about the mounting or space issues with putting them into the J10.

I like hooking the windows up to a constant 12v source.
I always forget to put the widows up before I shut off the truck. You can do so then.
Same thing for the seats. Make sure you hokk them up to a constant 12v, especially if you are tall.
Nothing worse than having to wedge yourself into the seat to start the truck just to move the seat back.

Careful how ya hook up that 12v tho - if not done correctly, it can drain the battery overnight. Just make sure you clean the switches good and have a really good, clean ground and you should be ok.
