Well... you could borrow a drill. ;)

Actually they must have had a drill in order to get the holes in the frame for the 'Lag Bolts" they used to mount the shift linkage....

From the looks of the other work done... I'm going to recommend a serious going through on the brakes before you hook up that HB and double/triple the line pressure. ;)

I think i know exactly what they used. I used that on my cherokee and it produced a similar hole haha.
