It seems to be with me at least. I use a suction cup (like used for hanging stuff on windows), and super glue. Put a little super glue on edge of clear plastic and pull it against the cluster edge with the suction cup. Hold for 60 seconds and you're good til it falls out again when you wipe it off or it shakes loose.
ANY OTHER IDEAS ON REPAIR?

Yes, pull the cluster and then from the back remove all the screws, board and gauges will lift out and you will have just the housing with the 3 lenses in it.

Yep, pull it out it isnt very hard and will be fixed for good. I heard where somebody put tiny screws in the edge of them so they wont ever fall out again

I got mine out without dropping it. Might be a little easier, it is a tight fit. remember you have all the heating stuff on the left so pull the right side out first so your pulling it out at an angle. I took my glove box out and that made it easy to unhook everything.
