Truck is still a project, so it isnt driven. Started it about 3 weeks ago, then started it yesterday and it just runs like crap, sounds like a miss fire, but it has new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil. I checked all wires and they are on and properly routed. Checked the timing and adjusted the carb today and its still not running great, vibrates a lot at idle, especially in gear. Runs a lot better when it warms up, any ideas?
Thanks
AW

Running Rouch? I don't get it.
Anyway, one of my trucks behaves in a similar way. I suspect the choke.

Check for vacuum leaks.

its not vacuum leaks, because when it is running rough, it still runs rough under throttle. It has an elec choke, how do I adjust/test it?
Thanks

360? 2150 carb? Look at the write up here Mike's 2150 Write Up (http://www.ifsja.org/tech/fuel/2150.shtml) and follow his directions.

If the problem started after the ignition stuff triple check it to make sure it is correct.

Think about rebuilding the carb. Is it running rich?? 2150 power valves blow often.

It ran well for a few days after the ignition, then it sat for a couple weeks, then it started running rough. It was running rich, but I adjusted the carb and its fine. It was adjusted pretty rich.
Thanks
