My J10 has saggy-butt syndrome. Anyone have a good source for a relatively inexpensive set of 3 inch or so lift Springs?

Some said one time about using rear chevy truck springs, But I am not sure how much lift they got. I think they said, and I not for sure, but for every inch longer the springs are you will gain a half inch in lift. ASk River Beast, I think he could help you. GOOD LUCK!

Had the same saggy butt with my 82 J-10. I bought a set of $27.00 coil spring helpers from the zone, and installed them in 20 minutes. They sit between the rear axle, and frame, and lifted the truck about 2 inches. They work really fine, but the ride is a little rougher. When installing, raise the body of the truck in the rear only, until the rear tires are just off the ground. Make sure you use a good jack, because it takes alot of lift to get the body that high...good luck http://hometown.aol.com/glenhaven12/myhomepage/index.html
