My drivers door and rear door work almost perfectly, the passenger side varies. The knob will vibrate a little but will not always go up or down?

I ended up taking the door panels off and using a lots of spray greese while working them up and down. If they seem to move freely, then it might be electrical, but most likely theyre just crudded up.

The latches are coated with a grease at factory. This grease over the years becomes dry and Gummy. Pull the door panels and remove the door latch and wash with a solvent and spray with a lithium grease this will make the door locks a lot easier to actuate.

I just did a major overhaul on all of my locks and power actuators. I spent many dollars to figure out the right solution, so I hope this helps. After buying new factory style actuators from the dealer to find that they did not work (ie open the locks) (also very expensive), I tried aftermarket style ones from DEI which is a reputable car alarm manufacturer. The aftermarket ones didn't pop the locks either. I finally figured out the actuators were only getting 7-8 volts when using the switch. Instead of rewiring the whole system, I used new relays and sent a new 14 gauge wire to each lock. Now works like a charm. I was in the process of putting in an alarm at the time so I had everything apart anyway.
If anyone sees any potential problems with this solution, let me know.

Do as crazy said....these things get very very gunked up over the years, and i suspect that is many a cause of most window and door lock probs on these trucks....a good cleaning and relubing with white lithium makes a world of difference.

As much as I hate to agree with Pete. I would "degrease" all and re lube with a quality lube. If you travel gravel roads alot, They'll be gummed up soon again anyway.
