One of my ongoing projects is a 1981 thriftside, I have found a set of real sad wood bed rails to use as a pattern for making a replacement set, but they are pine. I wood (sic) have thought that they wood (sic) be oak. Can anyone tell me for sure what type of wood the OE rails were?
