I purchased a 4" lift off of Craigslist that was for a Waggy with Dana 44 axles. My question is, the rig it is going in has a Dana 60 Rear. Will the u-bolts that came with the kit work? If not, what size do I need to get?

No, the D44 u-bolts won't fit a D60.

IIRC Jeep D60's have 3 1/8" tubes, but don't hold me to that.

Besides, it's never a good idea to reuse u-bolts. They aren't that expensive, it's better to go ahead and replace them, than worry about a ubolt explosion on the trail.

Your local (or not so local, dunno where you are in NE) spring shop should be able to get you some D60 U bolts.

Oh, trust me. I have no intentions of re-using the old U-Bolts. Thanks KaiserMan, I recall someone mentioning that the D44 ubolts wouldnt work, I just needed to confirm it. Now I just need to know what size I need to get.

Awesome!!! Thanks for the link. http://www.revo-world.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbs.gif I just got off the phone with a local Suspension shop, and they said if I bring one in, they will custom make em for me to the exact size I need for around $8 each. Not sure which way I am gonna go. I will take the info from the link you gave me and see if I can find em at a local parts store. The Suspension Shop is kind of inconvenient since I have to take one down to them to get the new ones made. I might call em back and ask em if they can make em up ahead of time, then I can just swing by and pick them up on the way home.

The front SOA U-Bolts (quantity, part#, size and shape) you need for an '80's FSJ are:
1- DAY 361 - 431, 9/16 x 3-5/8 x 8-5/8, Round (diff side)
3 - DAY 361 - 414, 9/16 x 3 x 7-1/2, Round (1 diff, 2 tube side)
Those are Dayton part numbers, you can search for a dealer by state or zip code here:
http://www.daytonparts.com/dpweb/Info_site/info_distributors.htm (http://www.daytonparts.com/dpweb/Info_site/info_distributors.htm)
Or just have a local spring shop make them up to those sizes.

The front SOA U-Bolts (quantity, part#, size and shape) you need for a pre 1980 FSJ are:
2- DAY 361 - 431, 9/16 x 3-5/8 x 8-5/8, Round (diff side)
2 - DAY 361 - 414, 9/16 x 3 x 7-1/2, Round (tube side)

Or just have a local spring shop make them up to those sizes.

Some distributors are sort of picky about ordering U-bolts for retail sales.
You can expand your search with that link by using just the first 2 numbers of your zip code.

Rear FSJ Dana 44 and AMC20 U-Bolts:
4 - DAY 361 - 414, 9/16 x 3 x 7-1/2, Round (same as the tube side for the front).

Rear FSJ Dana 60 U-Bolts:
DAY 361 - 427
9/16 x 3-1/4 x 8 1/2"Round

Rear 14-Bolt U-Bolts:
DAY 361 - 383
5/8 x 3-1/2 x 9-5/8Round

I'm sure that's the link chuckchili posted
$8 is a very good local price.

Yeah $8 is a really good price!

I pay Spring Service in Greenville, SC - $12 @ w/nuts and washers - IIRC.
